Since 1978, Exacto Tool Co. LLC has specialized in producing close tolerance dimensional molds. In addition we have expanded into surfaced tooling and fixtures.

An example of the type of tools we focus on are for components of seatbelt retractor mechanisms. Due to the complexity of the tooling we build, our customers ask that we leave critical areas in a “steel safe” condition.
Our customer then cycles the tool and performs layout and inspection on the parts. The “steel safe” areas are then EDM'ed to final size and location. This process allows us to deliver to our customers the highest quality mold with a short lead time.
